Hi! I'm Heather of Libra Light
I am a caring, professional complementary therapist of many years experience. My soul mission is providing truly relaxing, de-stressing therapeutic treatments for each and every person who enters my lovely therapy room. I believe each client deserves the highest level of care and healing in a calming, confidential, harmonious and therapeutic environment.
It felt like a light had come on when I attended my first reflexology training course…and that light has never dimmed. It always fills my heart every time I see a client leaving their session looking and feeling peaceful, relaxed and restored.

Length and type of treatment
Treatment sessions of 30 / 45 / 60 / 90 / 120 minutes are available, starting from £30.00.
It is very important for me to provide the perfect relaxation experience for each client, therefore treatments can be tailored to suit individual needs. For example: back massage with head and face, or back massage and reflexology.
WEDDING and PREGNANCY packages can be arranged to individual requirements.

Advanced booking for treatment is required. Please call or text the mobile number provided.
When arranging an appointment please allow yourself extra time in addition to allotted treatment time for pre and post treatment consultation and preparation.
Please be advised, as a solo therapist, cancellations and no shows have an impact on my business. You are kindly asked to provide as much notice as possible of any changes. A minimum of 48 hours is preferred. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment value.
If you are late for your appointment this may necessitate a shorter appointment, however, full price will be charged.

Therapy details
Therapeutic Body Massage
Practised medicinally and therapeutically for centuries, this ancient healing art works to promote a sense of general wellbeing and deep relaxation. The gentle soft tissue manipulation techniques are effective for boosting circulation, aiding waste elimination and improving skin and muscle tone.
Pregnancy Massage
Using gentle massage techniques to work specifically with the changing body shape of the client greatly enhances the pregnancy experience. This can help with the hormone and body changes that can result in tension, aching and fluid retention. The mum-to-be is able to relax and prepare her mind, as well as connect and work with her body and her baby.
(note – must be passed first trimester i.e. over twelve weeks pregnant)
Lava Shell Massage

Using genuine Tiger Clam Shells from the South Pacific, the world’s first all-natural, self-heating massage tool, provides a treatment that is deeply relaxing and ultimately stress busting, an unbeatable combination of heat and soothing touch. Eco-friendly too, the shells are recycled food waste, plus no electricity is used as the heat is generated by the mineral reaction of the natural ingredients in the sachets placed inside the shells.
Thai Foot Massage
Developed in the monasteries of Thailand, this comprehensive treatment for mind and body evolved over 2500 years ago and is still in use today. Working on the feet and lower legs, Thai Foot massage has all the benefits of massage, foot reflexology and energy work using the Sen lines, similar to meridians. Client remains fully clothed.
Natural Face Lift Massage
Natural Face Lift Massage (NFLM) specially combines the ancient traditional massage techniques of Japan and Indian Ayurvedic practices, refined for the West. NFLM can improve the complexion leaving skin lifted, supple and invigorated. Upper respiratory function is improved through relaxation and sinus drainage. A comprehensive treatment performed on face, neck head and shoulders, it is ideal for those who carry tension in the upper body. Deeply relaxing and balancing for mind and body.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (MLD)
MLD or Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very gentle technique unlike conventional massage.
Done without a massage medium (ie. oils, creams, etc.), treatment involves light stroking and pumping techniques with some acupressure points to encourage improved lymphatic system circulation. It is deeply relaxing, provides relief from fluid retention and blocked sinuses, eases joint movement, improves immune reponse and respiratory function.
Indian Head Massage
Massage has always played an important role in Indian family life, dating back 4000 years according to Ayurvedic texts. The skill practised traditionally by barbers, has evolved through the ages to include neck, shoulders, upper arms and upper back as well as head and face.
Relieves tension where it accumulates most, improving circulation and inducing a feeling of deep relaxation and lightness. Client is seated and remains fully clothed
Reflexology (Universal Technique)
Known to date back to around 2500BC, this ancient healing modality has been practised by many ancient cultures. Modern day reflexology finds its roots in the work of doctors and specialists in Europe and America dating from the early 1900s. It is a therapeutic method of relieving discomfort and restoring the body’s natural balance using controlled pressure on predefined reflex points mapped on the feet. These points reflect body structures and organs. The treatment starts with a foot spa and relaxing hand massage. Client remains fully clothed.
Maternity Reflexology
The Maternity Reflexology treatment is specifically performed with care and attention to pre and post natal support. A deeply relaxing treatment for expectant mothers and particularly good for the later stages in pregnancy when the body can experience some discomfort. Lymphatic techniques included are especially helpful to reduce swelling of the ankles and feet.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese term that can perhaps best be translated as “Universal Life Energy”. The attuned therapist channels this universal energy into the client by placing the hands on various points on the body thus prompting the body’s own natural healing mechanisms.
This is a gentle, deeply relaxing, personal treatment effective on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Client remains fully clothed.
Pellowah Healing Technique©
An angelic term meaning “a radical shift in consciousness”, Pellowah is a powerful, client focused form of Divine source energy healing, which can bring about growth and change without trauma. This is a hands off healing technique during which the practitioner is intuitively directed to place their hands over areas above the client’s body. Relaxing and empowering, Pellowah works at all levels of mind, body and spirit, unblocking and realigning meridians, giving a feeling of connection and well-being. The healing happens from the inside out enabling a “new you”. Heather is attuned to Level III and is a qualified Pellowah Healing Technique teacher.

DCZ (Dien Chan Zone®) Facial Reflexology
A relaxing treatment involving the stimulation of points on the face that correspond to organs, glands and structures of the body to bring the body back into balance. There is an emphasis on simple follow up self care by the client easily demonstrated by the therapist.
